25 Sept Meat Head WOD
With a running clock run 1 mile and then you have 15 min to establish a CFT (1RM Strict Press/Back Squat/Deadlift). 3 attempts per lift. First 20 min of class will be warmup, other 40 min will be to complete WOD. Lets see some new PR's!
