Minute 1 - 5 Deadlifts at 80%
Minute 2 - 15 second Ring Support Hold

GPP
Every 30 seconds, for 7 minutes (14 sets):
1-4 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 3 minutes, then...

Five rounds for max reps of:
30 seconds of Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Double Unders
Rest 30 seconds
