 Every 2 min for 10 min
 2 x Front Squats 75-80%

 Every 30 sec for 7 minutes
 1 Rope climb or 7 Strict pull-ups
 Rest 3 minutes then 

 AMRAP 9 min
 9 Thrusters 95/65
 9 Burpees
