We had our little Beastie Larado join us today and she is becoming so much stronger and confident with the barbell.

Keep it up parents! Your example is setting kids off in the right direction.

Skill/Strength
Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets):
3 Back Squats @ 90-95%

GPP
Every 30 seconds, for 6 minutes (12 sets):
5 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 4 minutes, then...

AMRAP 10 minutes of:
5 Thruster 135/95
10 Toes-to-bar
