Today the deadlifts were heavy and wallballs were flying!!

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets):
3 Back Squats at 104%

**Goal is to find a heavy triple**

EMOM for 7 minutes:
11 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 3 minutes, then...

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
25 Double Unders
5 Bar Muscle-ups or 15 Pullups
