So glad it was a lot cooler today but the heat was still on in the box and everyone killed it today!!! Lets make tomorrow no different.

EMOM Alternating for 15 min
Min 1: 5x Strict Handstand Pushup
Min 2: 3xCandlesticks
Min 3: 4x Below the Knee Power Snatch 45lb

Double tabata!
4 rounds for each exercise 40 sec work/20 sec rest
--Hand Release Pushups
--Goblet Squats 55/35
--Kettlebell Swings 55/35
--Double Unders/Singles
