OK team I hope everyone is as excited as I am about the Summer Body Challenge! Now that we have a platform to go off of, it's time to get it! Our summer bodies that is. First challenge of the challenge is up! Yes we are doing mini challenges to keep you guys accountable. You didn't think we were just gonna have you guys do a hydrostatic test and just leave it there did you? So, this week is The Food Journal Challenge. Whoever has the best log with all the right information and foods wins a free set of wraps! So the journal would need to consist of ALL foods that you intake. Complete with Dates, Times, Calories, Portion Size etc... Foods must be healthy! So, NO and I repeat NO double cheese burgers and tacos with extra sauce! No names will be said! Let's get for serious about our health because you are what you eat! The key to success and rightfully winning the body you want and the health that you need is eating right.
April 22 workout will be dedicated to Miss Megan! This will be her last workout with All or Nothing. She will be moving away to North Carolina, so please help us send her away with a memorable final WOD! We will greatly miss you and we totally enjoyed having you apart of this family.
