More weight being moved means folks are getting stronger!!! Monday our Summer Body Challenge starts so sign up soon. Also we have changed our CrossFit Kids time (check fb page All or Nothing Kids) but starting this Saturday:
10:00am to 10:45 Ages 3&4
11:00 to 12:00 ages 5/6/7
12:00 to 1:00 ages 8 and up
