We've been working on handstand pushups every week during our GPP cycle, and we can see it paying off big time!

Skill/Strength
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Deadlift, 3 reps at 95-97%

GPP
EMOM for 21 minutes:
Minute 1 - 5 Thruster 135/95
Minute 2 - 10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Minute 3 - 12 Burpees
