Today was the day for heavy barbells and a lot of grit!

You guys have definitely gotten stronger. Hats off to Sadie who completed her first RX workout today!!

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Front Squat, 3 reps @ 96-98%

EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 - 3 Handstand Push-ups (6" deficit)

Rest 2 minutes, then...

AMRAP 8 minutes of:
50 Kettlebell Swings, 70/55
50 Wall-ball Shots, 20/14 pounds
50 Toes to bar
