It's another week to be amazing! Work to find your inner motivation of why your doing what your doing. Training in the gym is not only for physical health, but preparation for your day to day grind.

15 August

Skill/Strength
Every two minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
1 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

GPP2
AMRAP of 15 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
