Man we saw some big lifts today and some folks just SMASH that workout!!! (Great Job Joni!) Also great first week for our CF Kids program and a BIG high five to some our ladies out there that have been putting in extra work to achieve their goals. We are so proud of the drive and motivation of everyone! Don't let Saturday slip by and you miss a chance to get your last one in for the week!
