There is nothing like family! We got away from that for a little bit trying to do so many things in the community but never again. All or Nothing is our priority and we are truly blessed to have great folks like you all in our company! Bigthanks to Pam for hosting and Jay for cooking and everyone that brung food! 5 rounds work up to heavy weight

Find 20 Rep max Deadlift

3x5 Weighted Pullups (as heavy as possible)

****There is an option for a challenge wod if you don't want to do meathead workout. Ask coaches for wod when you come to class****
