Today you guys became mentally stronger than yesterday!! That was an intense workout, but you stuck with it and ended victorious!

EMOM for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Minute 1 - 3 Push Press at 80%
Minute 2 - 30 Double Unders/ 90 singles

Four rounds for time of:
9 Deadlifts 135/95
6 Hang Power Cleans
3 Push Jerks
