20 min EMOM: 5 reps: 5 minutes 3 reps: 5 minutes 2 reps: 5 minutes 1 Rep: 5 minutes

*increase in load each set. Stay light and make proper jumps. The first 5 minutes/25 Reps are to prime the legs.

*Every 90 Secs until complete do 12 Wallballs
