Strength

On an 8-minute running clock, perform 1 minute each of:

Squats
Push-ups
24/20-inch box jumps
Pull-ups
Handstand Pushups
Wall-ball shots, 20/14
Burpees
Double-unders

**Remember no open gym Tuesday - Friday and evening classes will be at 5:30, 6:30& 7:30**
