Great hustle today everyone! Burpees can make a workout a challenge, but you killed it!!

5 October

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
3 Front Squats @ 90-95%

Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes (12 sets):
5 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 2 minutes, then...

50-35-20 reps for time of:
Wall-ball Shots 20/14 pounds
