2-man team, for time, partition work as needed:
100 x Wall ball (20#)
40x Burpees
75x Deadlift (135#)
40x Pull-ups, strict
50x KB swings (55#)
40x Box jumps (24 inch)
Row 25 cals

Then the orthopedic surgeon had to give me a steroid shot just so i could walk and told me I will NEVER be able to walk for exercise again. I had to take time off and I felt exactly like this! Really deeesrspd that I would lose my progress. But clearly he was wrong. B/C I am able to walk on it again and even jog a bit. And so far so good. I am positive that with rest/ice it will get better. I am praying for you!!
