EMOM for 3 minutes:
Shoulder Press
1 at 55-60%
1 at 65-70%
1 at 75-80%


Every two minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
Shoulder Press
1 at 80-85%
1 at 85-90%
1 at 90-95%
1 at 95-100%
1 at 102%*
1 at 107%*
1 at 112%*

*Only perform if previous set was successful.

Three sets for max reps of:
One minute of Double unders
Rest one minute
One minute of Handstand Pushup
Rest one minute
One minute of Muscle-ups or Pullups
Rest one minute
