Well now that the open is over, it's time to get you guys stronger!!! Our 6 week strength cycle begins so come focused and ready to push yourself harder than you ever have before!

Strength/Skill
Take 15 min exactly to find 1RM Back
then EMOM for 10 min
3 reps at 85% of max on the day

Conditioning
AMRAP 10 min
5 Clean & Jerks 155/105
Run 200m
