A nice grind day for the family to break up the heavy work! Let’s take advantage of our last day of the week by finishing strong! 

 21 September
 Back Squat
 10 x 2 (Build to 95%)

 3 x 15 TTB (Rest 45 sec between sets) Shoot for unbroken or Big set on first try

 3 x 8 Pull-ups (Rest 45 sec between sets) Shoot for unbroken 

 Work Capacity
 4 x 25 Unbroken Wallball shots
 (Rest 45 sec between sets)
