At regular speed perform the following:

2x 85%
1x 90%

EMOM: 6min (alternating)
10x Thrusters 115/85
10x Burpees over bar

Rest 1min

EMOM: 5min (together)
5x Thrusters 115/85
5x Burpees over bar

Rest 1min

EMOM: 4min (alternating)
15x Thrusters 115/85
15x Burpees over bar
