What a grinding week and great start to our Summer Body Challenge! The weeks will be intense so don't back down or wod shop and come every day ready to embrace the suck! 26 April Wod:
5x5 Front Squat (do 3 box jumps Immediately after each round)

6 Rounds for time
20 Wallball shots
50 Double Unders / 150 Singles
***wallballs must be unbroken each round or 5 burpee penalty for each drop***
