Skill/Strength
6 Sets with 90 sec rest between
1 Clean + 3 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
Work up to heavy set

Conditioning
Complete 5 Rounds for time:
135/95 Power Snatch – 6 Reps
135/95 Barbell Walking Lunge – 20 steps
Strict Chin Up – 12 Reps
**15 min Cap**
