SKill/Strength
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
2 Push Press at 80%

GPP2
EMOM for 24 minutes:
Min 1: 20 Double Unders + 5 Pull-ups
Min 2: 16 Reverse Lunges (front rack) 95/65
Min 3: 10 Burpees over the barbell
